    On June 5, 2014, the vessel Pentalina-B ran aground in Moia-Moia, region of the Municipality of Santo Domingo, island of Santiago. It was around 02h in the morning, the boat came from the island of Sal with 85 passengers, 69 adults and 16 children. All were saved.
