    I tried to capture what it felt like walking up to the doorway and seeing this incredible, expansive view unfold. The door was part of a very high wall so from the outside I could only see a few golden peaks poking into the sky. But as I got to the doorway I was amazed at the layers, and depth to what layer beyond the threshold.
