    Walt Whitman wrote, “Every moment of light and dark is a miracle.” Even in the simplest of forms his words ring true. They profoundly speak of life and death, hope and despair, love and hate; but they also simply speak about this candelabra and the fact that the power going out allowed me to illuminate the dark room, witnessing its miraculous beauty. (The candles were sitting on a glass table with dual panes causing them to be reflected twice.)
