This is one of the two parrots that live in Torimbo (Pastaza Province, Ecuadorian Amazonia). Even though both can fly, the two have develop a close relation with the people in the community and past the time close to them; the one in the picture even goes to the school with the kids all mornings. The teacher of this school is the one on the photo.
