Hungry & Wet
During a rainy morning during December 2017, I was travelling in the Kruger National Park and noticed A troop of monkeys sitting cold and bedraggled in the pouring rain.
At first glance I saw a peculiar shape clinging to a female. Upon closer inspection I realised it was her baby suckling, its fur wet from the rain. The moment was endearing since it portrayed the baby’s vulnerability and dependence on its mother.
