A different perspective
Our day started at 4.30 to make sure we were in a good spot for sunrise over the largest salt flats in the world. As the sun rose we found it very challenging to capture the lines of the flats against the bright light of the sun. Suddenly inspiration hit and the problem was solved by simply turning around! Behind us, the sky was a pastel pink in the early morning light and the salt lines shone orange and defined for miles around.
