This is an old brick sidewalk. One of a number that still remain in Beardstown, Illinois. I take them for granted, as I see them on a regular basis. This one is a little different from some of the others because of the ornate decoration in the bricks. So, as I was finishing my daily walk, it occurred to me that others might not find this so ordinary and I snapped this image to share. Anyone else have sights like this in their area?
