At first sight this picture may be taken in a jungle of South America or Southeast Asia. In fact this foto was taken in a forest in Switzerland, close to the city of Solothurn - which is quite far away from the next jungle. This crab spider has not been scared by the photographer. This fascinating animal already was in this position - ready to attack insects.
