    Upon my first ever visit to the Central Park Zoo, I was granted a great relationship with Mr. mandarin duck. He had hopped onto a guide rail in the aviary and didn't want to leave until I could get as respectfully close as he'd let me. Vibrant colors and the perfect curve of neck made for one of my favorite photographs to date.
