We can find so many opposites right in our kitchen. For good health, we should eat a variety of food. My lunch is a vegetarian meal; squash soup, radish & Brussels Sprouts whereas my dinner is with meat. I'd have a sweet lemonade made from lemon & honey when I return home. An apple at 11am "keeps the doctors" away but I take cough syrup at 5pm for my cold. I snack on chocolates 2x/day but at opposite times of the day. Coffee in the AM, hot choco in the PM & wine in the evening. A nice balance.

From Your Shot photographer Stephanie Thomson: "I love how your idea of opposites when it comes to food leads to balance in your life. Thank you for giving such a thorough caption to explain your idea behind this concept Michelle. I absolutely love how you organized the meals in the shape of a clock here to emphasize the idea of opposition when it comes to time and eating as well. This image obviously took a great deal of set up and work, so nice job!"
