    There he was looking or maybe studying 'something' that was catching his eye at that specific moment. I definitely took 'my shot' with my Canon Rebel T6i DSLR camera because with my own viewing eye, I loved not only the pileated woodpecker but also the yellowish leaves in the background which I felt made my photograph unique. To think that he is the largest of woodpeckers in Canada, and I was able to see him in the forest and also close to my own home. What a TREASURE to keep forever!
