Mr. Hemmat (آقای همّت) has an old dyer shop near Shahcheagh. He says back in old days they dye cloths and garments (with natural pigments like rubia) for tailor houses and also for people, but now days they only dye blacks and navy blues. This shop has been around for at least 60 years.
