    Jays are heard regularly here but not often seen. They are shy birds and don't often leave the tree canopy which they frequent. This one did come down to the bird feeder recently but still attempted to hide behind it trying to remain as inconspicuous as possible. At least I was able to snap its beautiful blue primary coverts.
