NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - A band played on the sidewalk of Bourbon Street. Roadway and sidewalks reconstruction undergone on Bourbon Street from St. Louis to Dumaine streets on September 17, 2018 as part of the Infrastructure Improvement Project of the city. Meanwhile, artists are now free to sell their works anywhere in the French Quarter even without permit following the decision of Louisiana Supreme Court voting 5-2 to strike down New Orleans’ ban on outdoor art sales with no permit.
