    In Islam, there is the janamaz (prayer rug), Misbaha (prayer beads), and Turbah (prayer tablet/stone. Born and raised as a Baptist Christian, I would think of crosses as symbols of my religion before converting. I often think about other religions in the world and what symbols or tools of Salvation they employ. There are as many different tools and symbols as there are people who practice so many faiths. We are so alike, and yet so wonderfully varied. @fayeandqamar
