    A Rough-Legged Hawk (Buteo Lagopus) stretches her wings on a frosty Klamath morning. Tundra/taiga hunters that love the cold, they migrate south from the Arctic in winter. Their hunting style includes hovering. I think they are one of the most beautiful hawk species.
