    Edit Photo Details Joan's Halo   #paris #france #joan_of_arc
Her grey-green patina takes nothing from the power embodied by Joan of Arc; peasant turned holy general. My daughter and I were hiking the vacation city of Paris when the statue and church appeared in our path. There is little doubt that this is the angle from which the statue was meant to be viewed.
