On this day there were stong off-shore (or Santa Anna) winds, creating a cool blown back look of the water on top of the waves as they broke. Good sized waves at The Wedge always brings out expert surfers and boogie boarders, and this guy was no exception. I like this image because it shows not only the movement of the wave and the boogie-boarder, but the strength of the off-shore winds blowing the waves as well.
