Who doesn’t love street food??? Kushiyaki, is one of my favorite Japanese street food. “Kushi” refers to the bamboo skewers used to spear the ingredients, while “yaki” means grilled or fried. I specially love to have it during winter. As it was one of the coldest day today, as soon as I found this man grilling the delicious meat, I immediately asked to grill few sticks for me. I took this photo while he was making one of my favorite street foods.
