Nalukataq: the spring whaling festival of the Inupiat Eskimos of Northern Alaska. In this game of “blanket toss” (blanket is made of seal’s skin as in the photo) , the team leader (of the whale hunting team) is tossed in the air where he(typically) distributes candies for the people (as a ritual of sharing with the community)
