    We need to supplement our good food habits with adequate sleep to allow our bodies the reset that it needs. I make it a point to get at least 7 hours of sleep and if I am super tired during the day, I do a bit of meditation and take that 10 minute power nap to refresh myself. It works wonders and it doesn't cost a dime!
