I'm back in Ha Noi on holidays after moving to Penang last August.Hours after landing I went for a walk around West Lake (Tay Ho) and came across this man fishing for snails.It's winter here and at 14 degrees today it's quite cold,especially when chest deep in the murky water of Westlake. He had stopped to check his catch which was very meagre.His jacket, which was tied around his head to keep it dry for when he got out of the water, resembled a headdress from northern Vietnam. He is a King !
