No, this is not photoshopped and yes it's a place on Earth. This is Carrick-A-Redge in Northern Ireland, a place with most unpredictable weather. Never know when it will be sunny or cloudy. When I just peeped out of car window saw this beautiful twin rainbow over a Island along the sea shore.It was like a piece of land from a fairy tale.
