Supplement intake is essential in this day and age. We sit indoors from early morning till after the sun goes down and catch no sunlight. We can't drink a pitcher of milk in order to fulfil our calcium needs of a day. The body needs calcium to build and maintain strong bones. Your heart, muscles and nerves also need calcium to function properly.
