    While hiking up La siete cascades (the seven waterfalls) in Naranjal, Ecuador, I came across some people going for a swim. It was a long like up to all the waterfalls, and at some points there were ladders to climb. There were also some parts where it was necessary to walk through water. It wasn't deep though. It was worth it, and it was super fun to swim beneath the falls.
