Photographing Yosemite in the snow has been on my bucket list for years. The minute I heard a winter storm was anticipated to hit the area, I knew I had to road trip the 5 hours north to see my favorite National Park in a new light. Waking up early to photograph the valley as the sun rose over El Capitan and the light danced sparkling in the snow was a surreal experience I will never forget.
