Local Cambodians visit the Psar Chas market in Siem Reap to purchase their meat and local produce. Using only indigenous ingredients in the preparation of meals, you can only imagine the Cambodian BBQ this woman may prepare or perhaps bai sach chrouk Cambodia’s National Breakfast dish which is thinly sliced pork marinated in garlic and oil before being slowly cooked over an open fire .
