    This is a fairly large bird, about half a meter with a deep tok-tok-tok call although I think it screeches as well. This is either the male/female of the pair that I've been tracking in a secondary forest reserve. They keep to the middle storey of trees and have been a challenge to get a clear shot. Finally one of them broke cover to perch on this branch which is in my line of sight and I shot a couple of shots before it flew deeper into the forest.
