I couldn’t finish this year without showing this picture of what it was probably the best moment of 2018 for me: the encounter that I and my GF had with the “person of the forest" or as whe know it, Orangutan (Orang means person, and Hutan forest). It was a lifetime dream to have the chance to see them in the wild, and after a 4-hour trip from Medan, we arrive to Bukit Lawang, one of the doors to the Leuser Ecosystem at North Sumatra, and one of the only remains where you have the chance to see
