I was traveling along the Yangtze River on a cruise. Some areas were spectacular and others were highly polluted. It was about a day since we passed through the Three Gorges and I saw this sprawling expanse of apartment complexes along the shore line of the river. One of the crew members said that there were millions living in this area. You can see the heavy pollution in the air that many cities like this one in China are exposed to year round.
