    Reported by:

Documenting the grit of Houston’s 5th ward. Neon and sadness cover a sprawling landscape that seems to be a type of artificial purgatory. Where there is no moral or immoral, just surviving. Where even in bright light, there seems to be a darkness. The textures of the inner city are fascinating to photograph. I’m really loving shooting medium format. It brings life to even the bleakest of scenarios.
