I've been chasing Mantas since I took my open water course and in some of my trips (Galapagos, Ningaloo Reef) I was lucky enough to see them in the distance. What happened in North Stradbroke island a few days ago was extraordinary and blissful: a Manta flying over myself. A lifetime experience that lasted for a few seconds and made my year.
