With the Government Shutdown in DC it's been an eerie site at random times. With the holidays and retail stores closing early it's felt a bit weird these past two weeks. It's also been an abnormally warm and wet winter in Northern Virginia. We took a quick trip and it was nice to see some stores closed early for people to enjoy their holiday- those that had to work.
