A group of us have been checking off peaks in the lower mainland of British Columbia and we choose a more difficult climb as we get more experience and last summer we decided it was time to do the eagle mountain peak which is about 1200m up. In the photo Michael Hardy is hooked on the colours painted on the sky as the sun slowly leaves the sky of Vancouver and the lights around the cities come one from kilometres away.
