Every morning the residents of North Korea's capital wake up to some eerie music that is repeatedly broadcasted via speakers located at the central station. The creepiness of the sound reminded me of horror classics like Kubrick's 'The Shining' and is perfectly visualized by the shroud of mist that covers the city during sunrise. The whole special character of this country seems to cumulate during this periodically staged harmonic interplay of natural phenomenon and propaganda.
