The Harland and Wolfe cranes towering above the shipyard in Belfast. It is hard to imagine that this place was once one of the busiest and most widely-known ship building cities in the world. It is the birthplace of one of the most famous ships of all, the Titanic. It does not look in use from this photograph, but the shipyard is still in operation albeit at a low scale. I thought the bleakness and the lone woman walking gave this seen a historical industrial feel.
