A low angle shot of a hen pheasant taken at Snaizeholme in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. These birds are considered a naturalised non-native species in the UK however, they're raised specifically for shooting and, as far as I know, there haven't been any major studies done on their impact on native species and habitats. Of course if they do cause damage it isn't their fault and humanity is, as ever, the common denominator.
