This photo represents hope to me. Hope that the rainstorm I was walking through would decrease significantly the water shortage currently experienced in S. California. Hope that even though evacuations of our home due to heavy rains, that cause risk of debris floods from the mountains blackened by Forrest fires, will not lead to injuries, loss of life or property. Hope that trees will grow back on the mountains to drop mounds of perfectly beautiful leaves in many falls to come.
