I am very lucky to have the opportunity to live on the Island of Kauai. Compared to a lot of ocean areas I have been the waters are still clean and the air is very fresh. People here tend to actually take more garbage away with them then they came with when they go to the beach and it shows. Rarely do you see garbage on the beach or in the waters. If people in more areas would begin to do this more maybe a noticeable difference would be seen in more areas.
