I'm so used to most of my photography being a bit "extra everything". The dancing aurora, a ton of stars, foreground, lots going on. Maybe that's why I love getting the chance to shoot scenes like this every now and then. Understated, minimalistic, calm. This was the arctic sunrise over ice covered lake Torneträsk in Björkliden, Kiruna, Sweden on Saturday morning.
