    This photograph was taken at the San Diego Safari Park and has inspired me to travel and photograph lions in the wild in the near future. I shot this over the summer when the park was heavily populated, so patience was key to isolating the lion, as well as waiting for her to wake up. Definitely my favorite portrait that I have ever captured.
