This is the first thing one sees in Chinatown when stepping off the train in Los Angeles at the famous Chinatown sub city. I remember my first time using the train to learn the city's massive public transit system and seeing this stop; wanting to get off for a photo, but knowing the timing wasn't right. After getting lost in downtown LA, I ventured back to my starting point, but made a quick stop to capture these cool lanterns. This sub city is unique and a definite must see if possible.
