Canadians have the reputation of being cold weather resistant. Not all Canadians are that hardy when faced with temperatures of 15 celsius below zero and hard northern winds but the man (or woman?) in this picture certainly lives up to the reputation. It takes grit and good clothes to practice kite-surfing on a frozen lake.
