Elephant seals on the beach means carrion for buzzards and this turkey buzzard was looking for a meal on a bluff when I spotted him. Set up my tripod and got some pictures but it was getting nervous about getting it's picture taken and I knew it would take off into the wind so I focused where it would have to go and got this shot.
