Edit Photo Details Red Sun at Night
Recent summers have caused British Columbia to erupt into wildfires, choking out the entire coast and thickening the air with smoke. The air quality gets soupy enough that the sun appears dully red even in late afternoon, and walking outside for long becomes a chore. Image was captured on an iPhone, with no editing. The sun really does look like that for a few weeks in August.
