This barn owl is doing a kind of balancing act on an old tree stump. The bird is very old and her sight is cloudy due to her old age. She can still hear very well though. She tries to take hold during a snowy day. I love the patterns on her feathers, her expression, her claw trying to steady her posture and the falling snow that you can almost hear falling smoothly.
