We have been walking for a few hours in the forest, rejoicing the chirping of birds and cicadas, the majestic flight of butterflies and the running of ground squirrels, when suddenly we were presented with a new view. Like an open window to a new reality. There it was, in front of us, a symbol and reminder of what aches our planet.
