Every year we have this festival of lights that goes on for a week . A library, government buildings, universities, police academy and mosques are projected with light and lasers. I wanted to try another perspective to this very usual shot so I created a cube structure and covered it with foil paper and moved that box around the camera to get this effect, I guess you get the same effect with panning too, But am happy to see this tiny idea of mine worked out this way.
