Soo this picture is taken on the road in front of the Rashtrapati Bhawan or the president's house in Delhi. Local people come here for a walk and after a walk, they used to drink tea from nearby wanders! And it's not allowed to take pictures in the middle of the road cause it disturbs the ongoing traffic!
