Edit Photo Details Gateway to the Mountains of Tiquipaya   #mountains #bolivia #tiquipaya
Tiquipaya is a small town in the Department of Cochabamba in Bolivia. It is surrounded by mountains. I decided to walk to a local park which was just about 3 miles from where I was staying. The walk was a way of venturing toward the mountains and hopefully finding interesting subjects to photograph. I came across this isolated façade which I don't know the history of. The façade itself was interesting on its own, but I found it to make the perfect frame for the mountainous background.
